Carin brings years of experience behind the chair and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to run a salon business. After working with multiple booking systems, she saw a common frustration: running a business often means relying on several different platforms to manage everything from bookings and client communication to the day-to-day operations. That means more systems to learn, more subscriptions to pay for, and more pieces to keep connected.

Kain brings the technical expertise to turn those real-world insights into a platform that's powerful, flexible, and built to adapt.

What started with Carin's own search for a better way has grown into something bigger. Through conversations with stylists across the industry, we've continued to gather ideas, feedback, and feature requests that help shape what SalonLynk becomes next.

Our goal isn't to tell stylists how to run their businesses. It's to give them a system that works around the way they work - bringing more of their business together in one place, with the flexibility to make it their own.

We're not just building a platform for hairstylists. We're building it with them.
